When you get in touch

If you send the enquiry form, email or message me, I keep your name, contact details, company and what you wrote so I can reply. Form enquiries are stored by the company that hosts this website and emailed to me. If you become a client, I also keep what's needed to do the work, invoice you and meet tax and accounting rules. I don't sell your details or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Your choices

You can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing ahmed@northdeskconsulting.com. I'll reply within one working day and act on the request within 30 days. If your request is about an assistant run by one of my clients, I'll pass it to them and help them answer it.
